Garmendale Engineering Ltd carry out a wide range of fabrication and manufacturing contracts. GEL have an in house design capability which can develop an existing design, or create an innovative solution to many complex requirements. GEL have in house machining capability and state of the art welding machines, fully coded welders, in house NDT testing facility, in short the complete one stop shop.
GEL pride themselves in having a wide experience in the welding of specialist materials, and we have carried out repairs to a wide range of equipment which has been manufactured from all forms of materials from the plain steels, through stainless steels, to Aluminium, and all forms of exotic materials, including castings.
To complement our wide fabrication and machining facilities, GEL have fully trained and equipped installation teams, which operate Nationwide. All our installation teams are confined space trained, first aid trained, and have regular Health & Safety refresher courses. GEL installation teams all carry CSCS cards (construction industry requirement), and the company is registered with SafeContractor, which is an organization dedicated to the highest levels of Health & Safety.
GEL in house facilities are fully compliant with our in house ISO 9001 system.
