Garmendale Engineering limited have been an ISO 9001:2001 approved company since 1994 and is the framework for our ongoing policy to review and improve the efficiency in all aspects of the business, and when possible be a paperless office. The Management feels that this standard is the most suitable method in which to have full traceability and maintain a constant high level of service and quality, and our aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.

These standards are audited both internally and externally at six month intervals to ensure all areas of our business are operated in a competent manner. The GEL Board has set key performance indicators to all sectors of the company to guarantee continuity in our principles and customer service levels so that they are a beacon to the industry as a whole.
