GELs unique design has been in operation since 2000. Taking full responsibility for our design, we manufacture, install and commission either directly to the park or to the ride manufacturer.

Engineered to the highest standards - The gating system is designed and manufactured to meet BS 7036 parts 1, 3 & 4; Code of Practice for safety of powered doors.
Guest comfort and safety - GEL gates sense if there is an obstruction (a leg or an arm), preventing closure and avoiding injury.
Mechanical locking - Unlike conventional kinetic energy locks which can be forced open. Our system locks mechanically, preventing unauthorized entry and further enhancing guest safety.
Interlocking with the ride control - Our pneumatic control panel is built in-house ensuring that the gates are fully integrated with the rides control system. This prevents dispatch, unless all doors are closed and locked properly. We also have the capability to send signals to the clients own control system.

Unique code switching - All of our gates are coded to the ride making it impossible to fit the wrong locks onto the wrong ride, ensuring guest safety and avoiding costly mistakes.
