GEL are highly experienced in working for the water industry. We have carried out a variety of work for all the major water utility companies throughout the UK. GEL normally work for the major contractors on the water sites carried out many schemes for both clean water and dirty water treatment works.

GEL have an in house design capability that enables us to design any bespoke equipment requirements, including pumping station design and half bridge scraper designs. GEL have designed built and installed a number of Half Bridge scrapers for Severn Trent, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Scottish Water Solutions and many others.

GEL have in house Project Managers who can manage the project from beginning to end including testing and commissioning. GEL have produced special fabricated pipework in both carbon steel (Skotch coated) and stainless steel.

GEL carry out all sorts of installation on sites, with a fleet of fully equipped vans, all the installation engineers carry the National Water Hygiene cards, and are all CSCS card holders. GEL Engineers are highly trained with confined space training, fork lift truck training and training in various other vehicle operations (cherry pickers etc. )

GEL have a fleet of fully equipped vans which are used to assist during our Mechanical Installation contracts, and also to carry out a number of Maintenance agreements.
