Standards

Designed to be almost completely maintenance free, the entire range, once installed will offer years of trouble-free operation. They are manufactured to BS/EN 1090 so you can be assured that every component is traceable and of the best quality, with the added assurance that the workmanship is world class and built to last a lifetime.

Safety

The infill of the gates is created using a perforated mesh. This is ‘finger proof’ for extra safety and complies with British Standard BS-7036 parts 1, 3 and 4.  Code of Practice for Safety Powered Doors for Pedestrian Use and BS 13814 Ride Manufacturing Standards.

Flexibility

Gates can be manufactured in brushed 316 stainless steel tube or mild steel tube powder coated to any RAL colour. We can also offer full theming to create bespoke or distressed finishes and even match your existing mechanical installations.

Pneumatic Control

The Pneumatic control system has been designed so that at no time is high pressure used on the gate activating cylinder; this is one of the main safety aspects of the design. The soft start dump valve is activated by the ‘Emergency’ stop system on the main ride and should at any time the ‘Emergency’ stop be pressed anywhere on the system it would immediately dump the air from the gate system. If the gates are in part open or part closed mode and the gates are pushed manually they will go into gate closed or gate open position. If they were pushed closed they would mechanically lock once the gates have reached the fully closed position
